Our approach to Business Coaching stands apart from more rigid and costly programmes by offering a flexible, personalised solution tailored to each client’s unique needs, challenges, and growth aspirations. With a strong background as a former Director in both corporate and privately-owned sectors – including IT, retail, and pharmaceuticals – as well as extensive national and international coaching experience, I bring a practical, results-driven perspective to every engagement. I am also an accredited DISC profiling coach, giving me deeper insight into leadership dynamics and team behaviour.
